The man who served as former President Trump’s Trade Advisor, Peter Navarro, has said that Dr. Anthony Fauci is “evil’ for the role he played in gain-of-function research prior to the outbreak of Covid-19.
Navarro was interviewed on the Jason Rantz Show where he made the comments.
The former White House trade adviser was discussing his new book, “In Trump Time,” which chronicles the Trump administration’s final year in office as it battled the COVID-19 pandemic.
Navarro rubbished the idea that the Trump administration was not proactive enough in the early days of the pandemic arguing that the fake news liberal media didn’t hold back in criticizing Trump’s response to the pandemic yet propped up Dr. Anthony Fauci as a “God-like” figure despite his flip-flopping on issues.
Fauci, who serves as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, has became a household name during the pandemic as well as a darling among the liberal left.
Navarro told Rantz, the Seatlle-based talk-show host, how he and Fauci got into a “screaming match” within the first three minutes of meeting each other in the situation room over the former’s unwillingness to impose a travel ban.
Dr.Fauci has also came under constant fire from Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), who most recently accused him of lying about natural immunity as this would have foiled his vaccination plans and again accusing him of lying to Congress about funding gain-of-function research.
