The Top Court has ruled that the Lockdowns are UNCONSTITUTIONAL in Spain. Citizens were fined, beat, and forced into lockdowns unconstitutionally. The Spanish Government is now facing multiple lawsuits.
The Associated Press reported that, “While leaving intact most of the state of emergency’s terms, the court said that the key articles ordering the population off the streets except for shorts trips for shopping and unavoidable commutes for work and other official business were unconstitutional.”
So the main factor here was limiting citizens movement was found to be a direct violation of basic rights and thus was declared unconstitutional.
In Spain, the lockdown was far more strict than in America. During their first weeks of lockdown, citizens were not allowed to go outside to exercise or even walk their dogs.
There have been many cases against the lockdowns in the US, but seeing how the Supreme Court is dodging every high profile case these days, there is little chance for them to hear anything about the constitutionality of forced vaccines and lockdowns.
